Semiconductor fabrication

With many years of combined experience in the development of semiconductor and MEMS manufacturing processes taking on complex device manufacturing challenges in a range of materials. INEX has a broad range of semiconductor processing equipment.

Cleanrooms

400m² of class 1000 cleanroom for front-end processing. 150m² of class 10,000 cleanroom for back-end processing, packaging, test and characterisation.
Local class 100 hoods.
