Based in North East England in the UK, INEX is the leading full service compound semiconductor development and manufacturing company.
INEX supports customers from prototyping and development through to series production. We have extensive experience developing highly innovative new manufacturing processes for advanced compound semiconductors including RF GaN & power devices as well as MEMS devices and other multi-material semiconductor devices.
Our customers include some of the world’s leading suppliers of safety and mission critical power electronics, communication systems and sensing systems in the aerospace, energy, automotive and industrial markets.

INEX is certified to ISO9001:2015 and is committed to the principles of quality management and continuous improvement as required by the demanding markets we serve.
INEX manufactures components that are used in applications where reliability, performance and quality management are paramount including the aerospace, space exploration, defence, telecommunications and energy sectors.
In addition to our ISO9001:2015 accreditation we have also met the supplier quality audit requirements of some major defence prime contractors and large blue chip multinationals.
INEX utilises an Advanced Product Quality Planning process that includes FMEA, Measurement Systems Analysis, Statistical Process Control and a Production Part Approval Process tailored to each customer’s requirements. We also utilise formalised problem solving techniques and issue resolution such as 8D and Ishikawa analysis.
