Andy has over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry he has helped to develop INEX when it was still part of the University in 2005 and through its transition to a commercial enterprise in 2014. Andy is responsible for overall programme management and making sure our business systems are robust, whilst developing our capabilities.
Andy Whitworth
Engineering Manager
Andy has over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor manufacturing and development industry. He is responsible for managing the engineering team, ensuring that established manufacturing processes and operations deliver the required level of performance. He is also responsible for introducing new processes and products along with developing the company’s semiconductor manufacturing capability.
Jacek Gryglewicz
Chief Technologist
Jacek has more than 10 years of experience in the development of Gallium Nitride (GaN) devices and manufacturing processes technology. Jacek leads on the development and management of the GaN manufacturing processes for Power and RF applications. His work ensures that the devices can be made in a repeatable and consistent manner.
